Choosing a moving company is usually a decision people make in a hurry – a transfer order arrives, a new house is ready or a lease ends. Taking an hour to compare options properly can save a lot of stress later. Here is a simple approach that works for moves within Trichy as well as moves to other cities.
1. Start with a clear requirement
Before you call anyone, write down what you are moving. A rough list is enough: number of rooms, large furniture (cots, wardrobes, sofas, dining table), appliances (fridge, washing machine, AC, TV), approximate number of cartons, and any vehicles. Note the floor level and whether there is a lift at both addresses. With this list, every company quotes on the same basis, and comparisons become meaningful.
2. Prefer a company with a local address

3. Ask what the quotation includes
